Guidelines for Preparing a Contribution
GENERAL LAYOUT
Please use good quality white paper for preparing camera-ready papers.
Follow the size instructions on the guideline set. Be sure that the printer
output is clear and Blake. Use typefaces as close as possible to the ones in
the example sheet. Draft dot matrix typefaces will not be accepted. Justify
text throughout if possible. The paper length should not exceed 15 pages
typed with single spaced lines using (13 times new roman). Symbols are not
allowed at the beginning of a sentence. Number each page lightly in blue
pencil at the top of each page.
English is the preferred language of the Conference. Manuscripts should be
submitted in quarto and should be typed with double margins on the model
paper. Brief English abstracts should accompany the manuscripts. The
Conference will be conducted in English. All authors must provide hard copy
and electronic copy in MS Word 2000. Manuscripts must be typed
single-spaced, with double spacing between paragraphs, and 5-space paragraph
indentation. Allow below a line containing subscripts.
The paper should include:
(a) TITLE (maximum length desired 10 words), (14 Times New Roman, Bold and Capital).
(b) Authors Names, Business Affiliation and Address (13 Times New Roman, Bold).
(c) ABSTRACT, (14 Times New Roman, Bold, Capital),
Text in 13 Times New Roman.
(d) Keywords, (14 Times New Roman, Bold), Text in 13 Times New Roman, 4 keywords describing the text must be provided after the Abstract.
(e) INTRODUCTION, (14 Times New Roman, Bold, Capital),
Text in 13 Times New Roman, explaining clearly the nature of the problem, previous work, purpose and contribution of the paper,
(f) CONCLUSION (14 Times New Roman, Bold, Capital),
Section which indicates clearly the advantages, limitations and possible applications, and
(g) REFERENCES (14 Times New Roman, Bold, Capital), and/or bibliography.
Text in 13 Times New Roman.
SEQUENCE
The first section of the paper should be an abstract of about 100 words.
Subsequent sections should be numbered. At the end, an "Acknowledgment"
could be cited followed by a "Nomenclature" and "Appendix A", B, C., if any.
Finally the References should be given.
HEADINGS
Set heading as shown below:
MAIN HEADING (14 Times New Roman, Bold, Capital)
The text following a main heading should start here and have one line space
above and below it.
Secondary Heading (14 Times New Roman, Bold)
The text following a secondary heading should start here and have one line
space above and below it.
Third Grade Heading (13 Times New Roman, Bold)
The text following a third heading should appear like this and have one line
of space above it. There is no full stop following the heading only two
spaces.
TABLES
Tables must be set as part of the text. The word "Table" and a sequential
number must be set before the title of the table, which should be centered.
Leave one line of space above and below tables. Large table should be set
sideways on the page, reading up. Please ensure that all letters and numbers
in the table are legible.
FIGURES
Illustrations should be drawn or printed on a hard surface paper using black
ink. Please ensure that all annotations, (numbers, letters, symbols and
captions) are legible. Spelling and symbols on diagrams must conform to
their usage in the text. No illustrations should be placed on the first
page. Captions to illustrations should each start with the word "Figure", be
numbered sequentially, be placed below the illustrations and be centered.
Leave one line space between caption and the text.
REFERENCES
References should be collected at the end of the paper in numerical order.
In the text a reference is shown by the anther's name, followed by number in
square brackets (e.g. Shandrasekhar [4], Hess & smith [5], Taylor et al. [6]
...). In the list of references show the information as follows:

EQUATIONS
All equations must be set or clearly typed. When referring to equations in
the text, preface the number with the word "Equation". Displayed equations
should be numbered simply (1), (2). The numbers should appear at the extreme
right of the line in brackets.
